Why am I not getting pings when I’m right next to Chick-fil-A?

Literally the one of if not the most ordered place on the app, and I get nothing. Also in Burbank, CA. This is just silly, I then see other drivers walk in they must’ve gotten the ping and not me which is stupid cause I’m right here!
