Has new PCSX2 update made your games slow?

I haven't played my PS2 collection in a while. I had a lot games that ran well at a full 60fps. Now they're barely doing 40fps after some recent updates to the stable channel of PCSX2. I'm just using the emulator as a standalone. Anyone else been having issues?
