What's the deal with r/belgium and r/belgium2?

So, I've asked this question on r/belgium but it was censured from the go.

I asked if r/belgium2 was the slightly more racist version, what the dirty history was, Inquiring minds wanted to know.

So they blocked the post with this comment:

Sorry, this post has been removed by the moderators of r/belgium**.**

Moderators remove posts from feeds for a variety of reasons, including keeping communities safe, civil, and true to their purpose.

I confess the racist remark was a bit out of line, probably should have gone with 'more right wing' but I'm peeved that I got censured so I'll repeat my question here.

What's the deal with the split community?
