Is there a way to make die cut stickers without the Black Borderline for the cricut machine?

Hello! I'm thinking of getting a cricut machine for sticker making, but as of now I'm pretty confused by the black border from cricut design studio. I heard the machine needs it for orientation? Is there a way around it? I wouldn't want to waste so much of my sticker paper just for extra thick borders when my printer can print without a border on A4 paper. From what I can see it also looks like it'll scale down what I'd want to print/cut?

Is there a way to make the machine cut my diecut stickers without the Black border and the addinital white border?
