Windows 11 Dedicated Stack Size Increase?

I'm starting a new Windows 11 dedicated server for me and a couple friends to play on xbox. In the past I was able to go into the .ini files and add the code that changed stack sizes and other settings. I no longer see the .ini files. Were they removed?

Aside from renting a server from a 3rd party, is there a way to increase stack size on my server?
