I have to delete my whole reddit

Reddit has helped me so much 23F. I've gotten so much amazing advice from this site and connected with so many different people. The subreddits that relate to me hit so close to home and make me feel less alone.

Today I found out my ex fiance 28M and his best friend 27F found my reddit account and have been viewing my posts and comments. I already knew he wasnt a good person, as well as her, but they both know i've been through hell and need to let it out somehow.

I'm really really upset. I have bipolar 1 and little things blow up into big things for me and I can't handle or control my emotions. The only thing I can think of is deleting this account and starting over.
