MagRide shock replacment after accident

Hello fellow audi owners. My 2018TTS got hit in left wheel and left shock is dead. My car has 22k miles and i found an used shock with 26k miles. I Know that by the book shocks should be replaced in pairs but I was thinking since the donor shock has almost the same miles maybe I could get away by just replacing one?
