How to get more energy for transactions?

Hi!

I hold some USDT on Tron network in my Leger nano device. Whenever I want to send out USDT tokens, it shows a warning message.

"Energy is lower than necessary. You might pay up to 50 TRX in fees" and I actually end up paying 20 to 30 TRX each transaction.

Can I buy some energy from somewhere? If I get enough energy, will I pay less TRX per transaction?
