Help plsss!

So I have had this starter going for i don’t even know what day it is probably about 20 days and i’m still not seeing much activity. I am following baker betties sourdough guide and i’m using whole wheat flour. When I first started I saw some activity with the 1:2:2 ratio and then after day 4 she switched to a 1:3:3 ratio and ever since switching I haven’t really seen very many bubbles at all. I only feed once a day. should I switch back to the 1:2:2 ratio or even a 1:1:1.
