Stocks & Shares LISA before Stocks & Shares ISA?

Hi all,

Just been looking over the UKPF flowchart and ultimately agree with all of it, from budgeting to emergency funds to investing the lot!

However, let’s say an individual has been able to achieve a deposit for their first household using the method of a Cash LISA, and everything has been successful and gone through.

They’re making over payments etc etc.

Next stage is to continue to contribute deposits to Stocks&Shares ISAs to build wealth. My question is, isn’t it worth to have a Stocks&Shares LISA first to get an additional £1,000 (25% top up) to also be invested before contributing to the remaining £16,000?
