Lease Takeover

I am moving to Seattle at the end of the school year and am looking to relet my current apartment. It is in the 7th street station. Three male roommates, but I rarely see them.

Room is large with an on-suite bathroom. 7th street station is a short, easy walk to campus. There is a desk, chair, bed, and two sets of drawers that come with the room.

Rent is $844 a month and the lease ends at end of August, but there is potential, if you want to stay, to extend for the following school year.
