Battery issue (yeah, after a year)

Battery died while playing the other day, and went through its shutoff process but never fully shut off. I don’t remember wether or not I force shut it down, but I plugged it in and all seemed well. Played the other night and after about 20 minutes it said it was low, figured I didn’t have it plugged in. Charged it fully and fired it up last night, I could see the battery counting down, 20-30 minutes is what it said, so I watched it get down to 3%, and left it there thinking I’d let it fully discharge and recalibrate the battery. so I left it for about a half an hour, still at 3%. I figured what the heck, let me try some thing out, so I fired up rocket league. I played for an hour and a half at 3% and it never moved. It’s currently in sleep mode unplugged so that hopefully tonight I can try to re-calibrate it. So weird, but at least the battery itself is seemingly OK.

Edit: ran it dead and plugged it in for a second to shut it down, plugged back in and it booted up, repeated until it didn’t boot up upon plugging it in, charged for a day and is now fine.
