First product is now active but no sales after PPC.

Amazon received my inventory of my first product about 5-6 days ago. Started running PPC ads and I’m getting clicks but zero sales. What am I doing wrong here?

For context: -I sell in the office supplies category -I’ve done proper keyword research and my listing is on the 4th page with zero sales. -I’m running an automatic campaign + manual campaign with aggressive keywords. -my product photos are decent compared to my competitor’s and my product is different than anyone’s on Amazon.

I currently have zero reviews which know is very important, but how can I get reviews when no one is purchasing? Any suggestions would really help!
