Completed dives 1 and 2 of open water training today, dives 3 and 4 tomorrow. Instructor hasnt mentioned logging dives?

I did the pool sessions and theory over multiple sessions at a local pool and this weekend is the open water dives.

My dad used to dive and so did my wife and they have all of their dives logged back to their training.

Ive just realised the instructor hasnt mentioned logging our training dives at all?

I'll ask him tomorrow, but just thought id mention it here whilst i thought about it.

Should I be logging training dives?

I can use the PADI app but tbh i think I'd rather have a book... Of which i do not have as of yet
