Is this a good solution? I gave a player the wrong orb of dragonkind and just swaped it with the one i worked out for him.

The version i gave him was the actual orb of dragonkind which he would never obtain at this level (lv 7)
i prepared a dorment version of it with the spell aspects without anything else but i accidentaly gave him the real deal. I now wrote him that i made an honest mistake and hope hes not too mad about it.

How would you handle this situation?
