GRE at home software crashed

Hi - I went to take my GRE at home test and was online with my proctor from ProctorU. She logged into the ETS software, and then suddenly the ETS app crashed. We tried to log in again, and it would not let us because the code had already been used. ETS support has been unhelpful and is not available over the weekend. Has anyone else experienced this recently?
