Safest way to level to 90 in Hardcore?

So I'm achievement hunting and decided to give another try to getting to level 90 in hardcore, but I'm honestly kinda scared of acts 9 and 10. I'm currently act 8 which is the farthest I've made it on HC with 2.2k health and using a poison concoction build. I know I should at least get to blood aqueduct but I'm not sure how long I should stay there or if there's a safer way to hit that level 90
