Using sleeve after a few months of no using

I want to use my sleeves after months of not being able to use them and Im pretty sure I cleaned them properly last time but I want to make sure. I only have isopropyl to use. After disinfecting, typically how long should I wait before using it? My roommates are all gone this weekend until tomorrow and would love to use them again.
