Transferring to USC

Can I transfer to USC Marshall (I’m a freshman now from a 4-year institution) with a 3.5 fall GPA and hopefully a 3.7 overall after spring semester. I also overloaded but ended up withdrawing from one class. IM SO ANXIOUS AHHH
