hey yall, i need some advice. f

So i know i am probably overthinking this but i don’t know what else to do. So Eckhart Tolle talks abou how if you don’t become present before you die, you will get reincarnated again. I have been really stressing about this. How do I know I will become present before I die? Will I get caught in an endless loop if i don't become present? How does Eckhart Tolle know that you will reincarnate before you die, isn’t that a belief or thought, or does he know this deep down? Does it even matter and I am overthinking this? Probably, but could i just get some clarification or guidance? Thanks to anybody who will respond, and i hope you have peace and love. <3
