new to airbnb - advice requested

hi there - i have a vacation property in a new england summer town and i've decided to list it on airbnb for the first time. read through the posts and saw some tips (no pets etc) but wanted to see how long it takes to typically get your first booking without having any ratings or reviews? any other advice for a newbie?
