Weird stuff happening with my laptop

So for the past week a lot of weird shit has been happening with my laptop but I don't know if they are related or not so here's what I've observed:

Sometimes my usb ports would just abruptly stop working, this happens when I plug out a device and plug it back in not only that device but all the usb ports stop working. I don't think the device is the problem since it has happened with multiple devices.

Another thing I have observed is that whenever I let my laptop go to sleep then turn it on again windows becomes completely unresponsive, none of my inputs work.

And whenever any of these things happen, I restart my device but then it gets stuck on the restart screen, then I long press the power button to shut down the device which leads to the blue screen of death when I turn it back on
