Safari bug since updating to Macos Ventura 13.3 and Safari 16.4

When I load a page on safari with a video, the tab stays stuck on a gray screen and nothing happens. I am forced to close the tab and reopen another. And my other open tabs write "This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred". Is anyone having the same problem since the update? and how to fix it?

I've cleared the history and the cache and restart my mac 2 times.
