Abandoned Nest with Eggs

I have a bluebird nest, in a bluebird house, with four eggs in it. Neither the mom or dad have been visiting the nest for the past 3-4 days. Any ideas of why they may have abandoned their nest? Anything I can do to fix/attract the pair back? I do have another pair working on their nest-could that have scared away the first pair?
