overloading

so uhhh i overloaded this term im second year btw, im taking 20 units although my flowchart says 19, my academic adviser didnt say anything, but my friend's (who is also taking 20 units) adviser noticed she overloaded and told her that she needs to drop a subject. I also talked to the student batch president and they said its not allowed also. So since the deadline for dropping is done, how do i actually drop a subject to meet my requirements?
