Warrior Cat Hot Takes
Let's discuss some hot takes. And I don't mean anything like "well Jayfeather is getting boring" that's something everyone seems to agree on. Today, let's share opinions that might be seen as "controversial".
I'll start: Feathertail and Stormfir should've stayed in ThunderClan after The Darkest Hour. I don't see how they could've stayed in a clan that was just yowling for them to be killed.
I don't think Squirrelflight should be leader should Bramblestar step down. She's just as old as he is. It's time for young cats NOT LIONBLAZE to be in charge.
Tawnypelt had no real reason to join ShadowClan. She AND her brother faced ridiculous ridicules from the clan for who their father was. Brambleclaw looked like an exact copy of his father and stayed. If anything, he leaving shows how weak she was mentally. Sure you shouldn't stay in a place that's toxic, but again her own brother disputes her claim because he had his own troubles in ThunderClan too.
Silverstream's death wasn't really that sad IMO. Of the first arc deaths, I thought Stonefur's death was much more tragic for his wasted bravery, and the fact that if Firestar had left just minutes earlier, he'd be alive to be Stonestar.
This is more of a Fandom hot take: people are roo hard on Dovewing. In fact there's this general problem of sexism in the Fandom in regards to the shecats. Too many place the blame on Squirrelflight for how she's treated by Bramblestar and it's honestly disgusting.
Needletail should be in the dark forest. She started an actual uprising in her own clan, and caused the deaths of so many cats.
Shadowsight should've died instead of Bristlefrost. Don't get me wrong I think it was brilliant they had the guts to kill off a new character, but they had to many times to kill off Shadowsight, and it should've been him to stop Ashfur as he had to look into the shadows. It makes sense he'd be the one to restore the light.
