HAos -> docker compose.

Hi, I'm pretty new in HA world and have started importing all my stuff from homekit into homeassistant (ru´nning haos). I haven't set up much automations, only imported all hubs and devices and such.

now I'm thinking, why am I running haos when everything else I run is in docker. are there any pros cons to running it in docker ? I mostly have vendors zigbee hubs that attach to home assistant but just got a Skyconnect I wanna play with aswell .

if your advice points me to switching, is there an easy migration way that keeps my devices and such? will backup restore work when the host ip changes?
