Best SBC for Android TV?

I've just seen the latest ETA Prime review of NanoPi 6RC which is pretty cool, but seems to lack WIFI/BT. I'd like to replace my Philips TV factory Android TV which is old and completely useless. But my lan plug is far from TV, so I always used it via WIFI. Is there anything similar to NanoPI (and recent) that has WIFI/BT and Android TV OS? My Philips TV has Android 4.2.2 and refuses to install anything, so I cannot even use Kodi or Emby.
