Computer powers on but acts like there is no monitor attached

This has happened to me recently and I've tried multiple ways to try and fix it, testing wires, removing parts and reinstalling them. I've even switched monitors to make sure and it won't show anything on them either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My GPU is a Zotac GeForce GTX 1060 3gb
