Lower neck pain when I look down or take a deep breath

(Male 20) (5’10”) (170lbs)

I was ok this morning but my neck feels like it has a “crick” in it just worse and the pain gets worse when I look down or breath in too deep. Kinda worried about it I looked it up and maybe a muscle strain? I have no clue. Any help would be great thanks.
