Looking for a good doctor?

I’m realizing I’m going to have to leave Polyclinic - it’s turning into a part time job just to sit on hold for thirty minutes to get through to anyone, appointments are several months out, and I’ve been trying to get a routine pre authorization submitted for my monthly medicine for weeks and they’re just not responding. It’s sucks because I really like my providers there. I feel like the other two decent major medical providers are UW and Swedish (not counting CHI/Virginia Mason because they are terrible). What are people’s experiences there as current patients? Is there a third option I’m missing? I see a couple specialists and my PCP is actually easy to get into, so I’m really needing a whole care system not just one provider if that makes sense.
