Bioluminescent tour

Will be visiting PR 30th April to 7th may. Read about the moon affecting the bioluminescence and that the full moon would be May 5th. Should I do bio bay tour in Fajardo on the 1st or do the one at mosquito bay on the 5th? I feel like the moon effects will be lower if I did the Fajardo one but I also don't want to miss mosquito bay :/
