Looking for a tech person to build a chat app.

Let's meet at starbucks later today. I have a vision for a chat app. I have conducted 100+ customer interviews. Defined the phases.

While I'll be handling the product, marketing, investor relations, etc. I need someone who is as excited as I am in the idea and competent enough to build different types of tech ( a chat app, a basic website, etc).
