Is Centrum good?

I'm a male vegetarian (not vegan, so I can have dairy, and I don't really care about gelatin). I don't eat any fruit, like basically none.

I've done a little bit of research, and Centrum Men Multivitamin has a lot of the vitamins and minerals I'm probably lacking from my diet; however, I've seen it being bashed a lot in this sub. So I was wondering if it really is that bad?

When comparing it with nature made and one a day, it seemed to be the better option. The bioavailability wasn't the best for some like magnesium and zinc, but that was also the case for the other two. However, it included a broader range of vitamins and minerals. Is bioavailability the biggest factor I should consider?

Also, for Thorne multivitamins and life extension they have crazy high daily values, is that not a problem? I know too much zinc, iron, etc. can cause problems w/ toxicity. Aren't some of these values approaching the upper limit (UL)?

For me, I just want my basis covered because some things I know are lacking because of my vegetarian diet. What's the best multivitamin at a reasonable price that will do that?

Sidenote: I'm also probably going to take Tongkat ali with the multi.

Thanks in advance!
