Any Canadian dentists?

I'm looking at the NDEB requirements and I'm slightly confused.

The website states " NDEB certification is granted upon successful completion of the Written Examination and the OSCE or after January 2023 the Virtual OSCE and after proof of graduation is provided to the NDEB. "

I would be challenging this exam after January 2023 obviously. Does this mean there is a written exam and a virtual OSCE or does the virtual OSCE replace the written exam and traditional OSCE?

Also, to anyone who challenged this exam any tips on study materials I can use? I still have American board part 1 and 2 books with me but not sure how relevant they are.

edit: FYI I'm a Canadian just went to school and work in the US as of now
