ILS (invisible lat syndrome) on accident

My arms naturally flare out due to my internally rotated shoulders, and bigger triceps that push against my lats. This combo makes it appear as if I have invisible lat syndrome. What really bothers me is that people automatically assume that I am deliberately trying to have this posture in attempt to look more manly or bigger. As a result, I am assumed to be insecure and/or egotistical from the mere fact that my arms flare out.. In fact, I will catch myself doing this and actively change my posture to avoid criticism. No matter how much I try to change my posture, I always subconsciously revert back to the ILS..

Does anyone have any tips on how I can change this? And has anyone else had 'accidental ils'?
