heavier boobs on period...

im worried about meeting the gram requirements which are between 310-370 for my BSA. my boobs are much heavier on my period and they are very painful but once its over, they feel much lighter. they always look the same, though. how is a surgeon supposed to know how much actual tissue i have to be able to remove versus just pms swelling?
