List of companies that sponsor green card on Day one

I know a lot of companies would rather sponsor H-1B first and wait till an employee has worked for a certain amount of time to sponsor green card. Does everyone know about companies that start the green card sponsorship process on day one for new employees? I imagine Big Tech like Amazon, Google, Microsoft etc. probably do. Does anyone have a list or know of a list of companies. Feel free to post the names of companies that do this.
