Just did zealoid prelate on steal path and my back hurts

It took 45 minutes of pain and suffering but I did it. halfway through my back started hurting like hell, It still hurts. Zealoid may be dead now but I think he won the mental battle.

Pls help it hurts so much does anyone have advice to help with the pain?
