Am I allowed to stream on Twitch with my 9 year old as the non-custodial parent?

I have visitation with my child every other weekend, and she has been begging to do a stream with me on Twitch.

Her dad and his wife said they do not want her streaming with me on Twitch. Since it is not necessarily a dangerous activity, can they dictate if I stream with her? I understand the risks of weirdos on the internet, but I am there to protect her and ensure that if anyone is creepy, they get blocked.
