Run Cam Scope Cam 2 Technical Issues.

I've been fiddling with this camera for a while now. I recently got it and it was working fine but now I'm having issues with it. It says its connected through the app but all I'm seeing is black screen with a crosshair on it. It never did it when I used it at the start the manual doesn't really give much information regarding my issue.

I tried resetting to factory settings and re connecting to my wifi and still no luck would love to hear if people have crossed this issue before.
