Wagon stroller recs?

I need an all terrain wagon stroller for this summer. My 2 girls will be 2 and 6 months. Price range is 300-400. Has anyone tried the Evenflo Pivot Xplore? How do people like these wagons for really little littles? My husband loves to go disc golfing a lot and our oldest loved going with him last year (he's the SAHP). He can't baby wear while he does this. Last year with our oldest he took her out in our regular Graco stroller and said it was super bumpy and rough so we for sure need something with bigger wheels. TIA!!
