Dragonspyre fishing not working.

So If you're like me and catching up on fishing quests you may have noticed that KI broke fishing last update.

The quest for the trigger fish isn't possible rn, the wiki says you can also catch this fish in the aero village. However the quest indicates I have to catch in DS?

Does anyone know if fishing quests have to be in the world they give?
