Can't turn off IS on the lens and neither in the body menu : tripod issue ?
Hello,
I've got the EOS-M100, which doesn't have the Image stabilization option.
I'm considering about buying the EF-M 55-200 IS STM, but it appears that it has no switch to turn off the IS system on the lens.
I've read on the internet that when used on a tripod, the IS system should be turned off. But as I wrote, I can't turn it off neither on the lens and in the camera menu ! So should I consider about buying another lens ? I don't want my pictures to be blurry of course...
Or maybe it's the other way around, and the IS system won't be turned on "inside" the lens ? I'm confused.
Thanks in advance
