Why is Edward so spoiled?

I mean seriously, I understand his situation, but that doesn’t mean that he can act the way he does.

He’s mean, he doesn’t care about other people’s feelings, he destroys things, he listens to nobody. Jesus! I would at least have the decency to act my age and not like a two year old! And then look at Becks, who she lost her mother as well, but she acts the way she should, not like a spoiled child!

He should be grateful that people care about him, instead of making it all about himself every time! What would his parents think? Did he ever thought about that? Does he think that he makes his parents proud with what he does?

I’m sure that before the accident he was also that spoiled. If you are the child that your parents pay most attention and favor because you are “gifted”, this is what happens. He acts like that not because of his situation, but because that’s his personality, he’s a shitty person.
