Black screen on newly built PC

Hi, I’ve recently put together an High end PC but I’ve started having problems. The screen is black and on the motherboard the VGA and BOOT debug leds are lighted up. The VGA is a RTX 4070ti. I connected the parts correctly but I accept the fact that I fucked up even tho I’ve got experience but right now I’m stressed and don’t know what to do.
