Aurora R6 computer shuts off while playing games

Hi I have a hardware question. My aurora R6 (pre-built I know) is shutting off randomly while I play games on it. The weird thing is the power button is still illuminated and the computer is still getting power but the video, sound, and what looks like all the data being sent out of the computer is shut shut down. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?
