Worried about food that baby tried

Last night I gave my 10month old a few spoonfuls of the saucy part of clam chowder soup. Now I’m a bit worried because I’m reading it could have dangerous metals that can affect development. It was only a few spoonfuls. on a side no- he had no allergic reaction. I’m feeling a bit guilty!!! I had no idea.
