heart racing??

i attempted to shift earlier today, i got a lot of symptoms (flashing lights, eye lids twitching, felt like my bed was shaking, feeling like i was floating) then my heart started racing really fast and loudly?? i got rlly scared and i had to open my eyes, is that dangerous in any way??
