Help needed!!

I'm going to be 26 this july. I have done masters in chemistry from nit rourkela and passed out in 2019. But I chased for upsc and couldn't get anything in these past 4 years. I feel drowned man and I'm not handling any better these days. Constantly getting confused over what should I do, phd or continue preparing other bank, ssc exams. I'm terrified as I'm getting older. I know someone gonna say follow your heart, but I'm just confused what to do anymore. Please guys I need your advice and if anyone went through this phase of a life. Please help 🙏
